All of our prices include UK VAT. Our prices don't include any import duties or foreign taxes that might be applied to international orders — please see our detailed 'International Orders' section below for more information.

Please note that exact shipping transit times are beyond our control, so we are only able to provide estimates. While we endeavour to be as prompt as possible in processing and dispatching your order to you, we can't be held liable for delays arising from unforeseen circumstances. Be assured that we will keep you fully informed at all times.

Once your order has been dispatched into the care of your postal or courier service, responsibility for the delivery is transferred to you, including any shipping or related charges incurred if a shipment is refused, or undelivered through no fault of ours.

Fast Dispatch
We do our best to dispatch orders placed before 4pm on the same working day. Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and our couriers, so may be subject to delay beyond our control. We suggest ordering as early as possible to ensure your order reaches you in plenty of time.

We are very happy to organise expedited shipping if required — please contact us and we'll take care of it for you.

We happily accept international orders, but customers from outside the UK should note that they are responsible for all customs import duties and local taxes that may apply. You are also responsible for supplying a phone number so that your courier can contact you to make delivery and customs arrangements.

Deliveries that cannot be made because of a failure to pay import duties or taxes in time will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

We want you to be completely happy with your order, and we will gladly refund or exchange any items that meet the terms given below. To request a return, email us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@fannyandalexander.com.ar with your order number, returns reason and preference for a refund or exchange. We will send you instructions for making your return, which you have 14 days to complete.

Returning an incorrect, faulty or damaged item
Returns of incorrect, faulty or damaged items are completely free — we'll send you a link to download your free pre-paid return label (or arrange other complimentary means of return where required) once your return request is approved. Once we've received and checked your return, you'll shortly receive either a full refund or exchange as agreed.

Returning items because of a change of mind
Most items that are unopened and in original condition can be returned. (Please note that we can't refund or exchange any products that have been worn or used in any way.)

In this case, the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility — please make sure they are well-packaged and that you obtain proof of postage. Once we've received and checked your items, we'll arrange a full refund for you (not inclusive of your initial shipping costs).

Product prices listed on the website are in GBP, and may be subject to change. Please note that any customs taxes or import duties are not included in our pricing, and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are careful to display our products as accurately as possible, but colours and product images may vary between device screens. Our written descriptions are intended to provide additional detail, but if you require any particular information, please let us know before making your purchase and we'll be happy to help.

We use secure payment providers such as PayPal as well as accepting major credit cards, so your payment information is encrypted and handled solely by them. Your successful payment confirms your purchase contract with Fanny & Alexander.

In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to refuse an order.

It's vital that you enter your correct details during the checkout process, particularly your delivery address and contact telephone number. Should your delivery be delayed, lost, or incur redelivery or return costs as a result of entering inaccurate or incomplete information, Fanny & Alexander cannot be held responsible?

Please check your Fanny & Alexander parcel in the presence of the delivery person as soon as it arrives, and note any visible damage on the delivery slip. Should your purchase arrive damaged in any way, please let us know at contact@fannyandalexander.com.ar within three business days.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will update you with a tracking number that will allow you to follow your parcel on its way to you.

Allow 12 days for UK orders to arrive, and up to two weeks for EU or international orders. If your shipped parcel has not arrived within this time, please contact our customer services at contact@fannyandalexander.com.ar. We will replace lost parcels where the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost and undelivered, provided we have been notified within the correct time frame. 

We treat your personal information with the utmost security, and all payment information is completely encrypted and securely managed by our specialist third-party payment providers. We strictly adhere to all applicable regional and national data protection laws and regulations.

Your personal account information will only ever be used to communicate order details, or Fanny & Alexander news, with you. We will never share your data with third parties other than those engaged by us to deliver or service your order, or with the relevant authorities if required by law. By sharing this information with us, and using our website, you agree to this use of your information. 

We reserve the right to close accounts or cancel service at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.

Our website may use cookies — a widely used way of identifying repeat visitors to websites and preventing repeat log-ins. Using our website constitutes acceptance of the use of cookies (but you are welcome to remove them at any time).
